Safety Rules & Regulations


The play area is for the use of children between 0-7 years old. Please comply with the age limits.

Please comply with the age limits. Play at your own risk Parent and guardian supervision al All times. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility and liability for their children while in the premises.

A waiver must be filled out and signed by parent/guardian before entry.

For your safety, running and rough play are forbidden. Be respectful,

No climbing up the slides. Slide one person at a time, feet first.

No climbing or standing on the outside of the play equipment.

Candy Wonderland anti-slip socks are required for ALL kids and adults to be worn in all areas.

Animals are not allowed inside.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Candy Wonderland has a ZERO BULLYING policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others, or is being disruptive, will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund. Aggressive actions, altercations, physical threats, hostility and provoking employees and/other guests will not be tolerated.

No food or drink allowed in the play areas. Outside food is not allowed.

Sanitize hands before entering the play area.

No weapons are allowed. No smoking. No drugs. No alcohol. Anyone intoxicated is not allowed.

No glass, gum, glitter, face paint, stamps, or stickers are allowed.


Jewelry, toys and loose articles should be left outside the play areas. Please alert staff to any medical condition that may require assistance. Candy Wonderland is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into or stored on the premises. We reserve the right to request anyone who violates these rules to leave the premises.

**Candy Wonderland is a private property. Right to enter is only by permission of the corporation and is revocable at any time. By your entry onto the property, you agree to cooperate fully in verifying your compliance with all of the above. Any violation of the above, any unlawful conduct or any other conduct which tends to interfere with the orderly operation of our business by obstructing or intimidating employees or guests, or is inappropriate or offensive to our employees or guests, or poses a threat of personal injury or property damage, will result in refusal of admittance, ejection, arrest for trespass or other arrest.
